(LOS ANGELES) — A former enterprise supervisor of Stan Lee has been charged in California with 5 counts of elder abuse involving the late Marvel Comics mastermind.

A request for a restraining order filed final 12 months by Lee’s daughter alleged Keya Morgan was manipulating the mentally declining Lee, stopping him from seeing household and buddies, and attempting to take management of his cash and enterprise affairs.
