Rolling Stones’ North American Tour Postponed as Mick Jagger Undergoes Medical Treatment

“Unfortunately today the Rolling Stones have had to announce the postponement of their upcoming U.S./Canada tour dates,” an announcement on the band’s web site reads.

The band mentioned the “No Filter” tour could be rescheduled after 75-year-old Jagger receives unspecified medical therapy.

“The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible,” the band mentioned.

Based on a report from trade journal Rolling Stone, Jagger is because of obtain heart valve surgery.

On Twitter, Jagger apologized for the tour postponement and mentioned he hated to disappoint his followers.
