New Delhi: GCMMF, which markets dairy merchandise underneath the Amul model, will make investments Rs 600-800 crore this fiscal in organising new milk processing vegetation and increasing the capability of present items, the corporate’s Managing Director R S Sodhi mentioned.

The corporate is organising new vegetation in areas which are nearer to the Delhi-NCR market, he added.

On turnover, Sodhi mentioned, “In the last financial year, our revenue growth was because of higher volume and there was no price increase across our product portfolio. But, this year we are expecting growth in both volume and value terms”.

Amul has not too long ago elevated its milk costs by Rs 2 per litre in Delhi NCR, Maharashtra and different states because of greater procurement value. It had final revised milk costs two years again in March 2017.
